Cactus Petes Resort & Horseshu Hotel, Jackpot

My experience at this resort was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unengaged and the level of service has dramatically declined since my last visit. While the room was in decent condition, I struggled with accessibility issues that weren't adequately addressed. The casino experience was also lacking, with extremely slow service and a feeling of being unvalued as a guest. Overall, it appears that the charm and hospitality that once defined this place have fizzled out.
